Department Head: (Non-Surgical) Head of a department, like: Pediatrics, Oncology, Family Medicine, etc.
Division Chief: (Surgical) Head of a division like: Neurosurgery, Pediatric Surgery, Oncology Surgery, etc.
Department Asst. Head: Assistant Head of the Non-Surgical department.
Division Asst. Chief: Assistant Head of the Surgical division.
Head of Security: Went through basic security training and decided by HRs.
Assistant Head of Security: Went through basic security training, decided by Head of Security.
Head of Nursing: Went through basic nursing training and decided by HRs.
Assistant Head of Nursing: Went through Basic Nursing Training, decided by Head of Nursing.
Attending Physician: Has passed his/her department test by his/her DAH/DH
Attending Surgeon: Has passed his/her division test by his/her DAC/DC
Fellow: (Surgical Only) Has completed Residency, has been tested by his/her DAC/DC
Post-Graduate Year 5 (Chief Resident): Chief of Residents, Needs to wait 2 weeks before being tested by DAH/DH or DC/DAC.
Post-Graduate Year 4 (Senior Resident): Has medium amount of experience, may start learning to supervise in surgeries.
Post-Graduate Year 3 (Third Year Resident): Is ready to give and teach Interns, May preform surgeries.
Post-Graduate Year 2 (Second Year Resident): Has small amount of experience, has attended SMT.
Post-Graduate Year 1 (Intern Resident): Has graduated from Medical School, beginning residency.
Nurse: Bring patients to a doctor. Assist with doctor overlays.
Security: Guard the hospital and make sure everyone is safe.
Under Investigation: Has refused obey a rule.
Patient: To be treated.
